Ingredients:
1 Cup |
Milk |

Egg |
2 Tbsp. |
Oil |
1 Cup |
Flour |
2 tsp. |
Baking Powder |
2 Tbsp. |
Sugar |
½ tsp. |
Salt |
½ tsp. |
Vanilla |
Directions:
- Dump everything into a blender and process until smooth.
- Spoon onto a hot griddle.
Makes about 6 6-inch pancakes.
