Ingredients:
¾ Cup |
Sugar |
2 |
Medium Apples, Chopped |
2 Tbsp. |
Cornstarch |
1 Cup |
Celery, Chopped |
2 Tbsp. |
Cider Vinegar |
1 Cup |
Walnuts, Chopped |
2 Cups |
Seedless Green Grapes, Halved |
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, mix the sugar with the cornstarch.
- Blend in 1 Cup Water and the vinegar.
- Cook, stirring, until boiling and thickened.
- Transfer to small bowl; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
In a large bowl, toss remaining ingredients with prepared dressing.
