Ingredients:
2 | Eggs, beaten | 2 Tbsp. | Butter |
2 Tbsp. | Flour | ½ Cup | Sugar |
1 Cup | Pineapple Juice |
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick.
- Add 8 oz. Cream Cheese or cool first and add whipped cream.
Spread on chilled Jell-O.
