Ingredients:

Butter |
2 ½ Cups |
Chicken Broth |

Onion, chopped |
2 Tbsp. |
Parsley, Chopped |
½ Cup |
Celery, Diced |
1 Tsp. |
Poultry Seasoning |
1 Cup |
Rice |
½ Cup |
Almonds, Toasted and Chopped |
Directions:
- Melt butter in medium sized saucepan.
- Add onion and celery and sauté until onion is transparent.
- Add rice and stir until rice is well coated.
- Add broth, parsley, and poultry seasoning.
- Stir well; bring to a boil, cover, and lower heat.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed.
- Add nuts and toss lightly.
