Rice and Wheat Pilaf


¾ Cup 

Brown Rice 

½ Cup 


¼ Cup 

Cracked Wheat 

¼ Cup 

Green Pepper 

2 Cups 

Chicken Broth 

½ Cup 


½ Cup 

Slivered Almonds 



  1. Sautee onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat to simmer.
  4. Cover and let cook until all liquid is gone.
