Medium Onions |

Chopped Pecans |

Butter |
¼ Tsp. |

¼ Cup |
Light Cream |
¼ Cup |
Dry Bread Crumbs |
¼ Cup |
Chopped Olives |
1 Tbsp. |
Melted Butter |
Directions:
- Peel onions and cut a thick slice from the top of each; Set aside.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the center of each onion and set aside.
- Cook onion shells in boiling, salted water for 25 minutes or until tender; Drain.
- Brush each with oil and sprinkle generously with paprika.
- Coarsely chop tops and centers of onions.
- Cook chopped onion in 4 Tbsp. Butter ’til tender.
- Stir in cream, olives, pecans and salt.
- Spoon into onion shells.
- Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over onions.
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
