Ingredients:
1 Head |
Lettuce, Torn Up |
¾ Cup |
Grated Cheddar Cheese |
1 Small |
Onion, chopped |
1 or 2 |
Tomatoes, chopped |
1 Can |
Kidney Beans |
1 Lb. |
Hamburger |
1 or 2 |
Avocados, cut up |
Directions:
- Brown the hamburger and onions.
- Add kidney beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain off juice and add to rest of ingredients in a large bowl.
- Dress with Mayonnaise to taste.
Note: Very good served with Tostitos or Doritos.
