Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups |
Water |
½ Can
|
Milk |
1 ½ Cups |
“Minute” Rice |
2 Tbsp. |
Dijon Mustard |
1 Lb. |
Chicken Breasts |
½ Cup |
Cheddar or Swiss, Grated |
2 Tbsp. |
Oil |
1 ½ Cups |
Frozen Broccoli, thawed |
1 Can
|
Cream of Chicken Soup |
2 Tbsp. |
Chopped Pimiento |
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Cover and remove from heat.
- Cook and stir chicken (cut into strips) in hot oil until lightly browned.
- Stir in soup, milk, mustard and cheese.
- Add broccoli and pimiento.
- Bring to a full boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
