Ingredients:
8 oz. |
Cream Cheese |
2 Tbsp. |
Milk |
1 Cup |
Grated Cheddar Cheese |
1 Tbsp. |
Grated Onion |
1 Cup |
Toasted, Sliced Almonds |
2 Tbsp. |
Chopped Parsley |
8 oz. |
Sharp Cold Pack Cheese |
2 Tbsp. |
Sherry |
Directions:
- Beat cheeses, milk, onion, sherry, and ¾ cup almonds until well blended.
- Chill at least 1 hour.
- Shape into a ball.
- Wrap in waxed paper and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Roll ball in remaining almonds and parsley.
