Cheese Almond Ball

8 oz. 

Cream Cheese 

2 Tbsp. 


1 Cup 

Grated Cheddar Cheese 

1 Tbsp. 

Grated Onion 

1 Cup 

Toasted, Sliced Almonds 

2 Tbsp.  

Chopped Parsley 

8 oz. 

Sharp Cold Pack Cheese 

2 Tbsp. 



  1. Beat cheeses, milk, onion, sherry, and ¾ cup almonds until well blended.
  2. Chill at least 1 hour.
  3. Shape into a ball.
  4. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for 4 hours or overnight.

Roll ball in remaining almonds and parsley.
