2 Cups 

Coarsely Shredded Cabbage 

1/3 Cup 

Toasted, Slivered Almonds 

1 Cup 

Coarsely Shredded Carrots 

2/3 Cup 


1 Can 

Pineapple Chunks, Well Drained 

2/3 Cup 

Sour Cream

1 Tsp. 

Onion, Grated 

1 Tbsp. 

Lemon Juice 

1 Tsp. 





  1. In a small bowl blend together the mayo, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, sugar & salt.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add dressing to slaw and toss well.

Chill for 1 hour before serving
