Ingredients:
2 Cups |
Coarsely Shredded Cabbage |
1/3 Cup |
Toasted, Slivered Almonds |
1 Cup |
Coarsely Shredded Carrots |
2/3 Cup |
Mayonnaise |
1 Can |
Pineapple Chunks, Well Drained |
2/3 Cup |
Sour Cream |
1 Tsp. |
Onion, Grated |
1 Tbsp. |
Lemon Juice |
1 Tsp. |
Sugar |
Pinch |
Salt |
Directions:
- In a small bowl blend together the mayo, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, sugar & salt.
- Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add dressing to slaw and toss well.
Chill for 1 hour before serving
