Ingredients:
3 Cups |
Zucchini, finely shredded |
2 Oz. |
Gruyere or Swiss Cheese, shredded |

Eggs, lightly beaten |
¼ Cup |
Cooking Oil |
1 Cup |
Bisquick |
4 |
Green Onions, Cut in 1″ pieces |
½ Cup |
Parmesan Cheese, grated |
1 ½ tsp. |
Dried Dill Weed |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 9-inch quiche dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
