Zucchini Quiche

This recipe comes from Better Homes & Gardens Magazine

Ingredients:

3 Cups 

Zucchini, finely shredded 

2 Oz. 

Gruyere or Swiss Cheese, shredded 

Eggs, lightly beaten 

¼ Cup 

Cooking Oil 

1 Cup 

Bisquick 

Green Onions, Cut in 1″ pieces 

½ Cup

Parmesan Cheese, grated 

1 ½ tsp. 

Dried Dill Weed 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Pour into a greased 9-inch quiche dish.

Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
