Reuben Casserole


1 14-oz. Can 

Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 

2 Cups (8 oz.) 

Swiss Cheese, shredded 

1 Cup 

Thousand Island dressing 

4 – 6 Slices 

Rye Bread, buttered 

1 Lb. 

Deli Corned Beef, thinly sliced 




  1. Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing; spread into a greased 13″ x 9″ baking dish.
  2. Top with corned beef and cheese.
  3. Place bread, buttered side up, over top.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 375º for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
