Ingredients:
1 14-oz. Can |
Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained |
2 Cups (8 oz.) |
Swiss Cheese, shredded |
1 Cup |
Thousand Island dressing |
4 – 6 Slices |
Rye Bread, buttered |
1 Lb. |
Deli Corned Beef, thinly sliced |
Directions:
- Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing; spread into a greased 13″ x 9″ baking dish.
- Top with corned beef and cheese.
- Place bread, buttered side up, over top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375º for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
