Ham Quiche

Unbaked Pie Shell 



Eggs, Slightly Beaten 

1 ½ Cups 

Chopped, Cooked Ham 

¼ tsp. 


¼ Cup 

Sliced Green Onions 


White Pepper 

8 oz. 

Cream Cheese 

½ tsp. 

Dry Mustard 

1 Cup







  1. Sprinkle ham and green onions over bottom of pie shell.
  2. Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat , stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and gradually stir into eggs.
  4. Add salt, pepper and mustard and mix well.
  5. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake @ 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 40 more minutes or until a knife stuck in center comes out clean.

Let stand for 10 minutes and serve warm!
