Ingredients:

Unbaked Pie Shell |

Eggs, Slightly Beaten |
1 ½ Cups |
Chopped, Cooked Ham |
¼ tsp. |
Salt |
¼ Cup |
Sliced Green Onions |
Dash |
White Pepper |
8 oz. |
Cream Cheese |
½ tsp. |
Dry Mustard |
1 Cup
|
Milk |
Dash |
Paprika |
Directions:
- Sprinkle ham and green onions over bottom of pie shell.
- Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat , stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and gradually stir into eggs.
- Add salt, pepper and mustard and mix well.
- Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake @ 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 40 more minutes or until a knife stuck in center comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes and serve warm!
