Ingredients:

Unbaked Pie Shell |
1 Cup

Cubed, Cooked Ham |
1Cup |
Half & Half or Milk |
1 ½ Cups |
Swiss or Cheddar Cheese |
4 |
Eggs |
1 Cup |
Frozen Broccoli Florets, |
¼ tsp. |
Dry Mustard |
thawed and drained well |

1/8 tsp.
|
Pepper |
1 Tbsp. |
Chopped Onion |
Directions:
- Combine milk, eggs, dry mustard, and pepper. Set aside.
- Layer ham, grated cheese, broccoli and onion inside pie crust.
- Pour egg mixture in.
- Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Tip: If you want to use fresh broccoli, blanche and drain well.
