|¾ Cup||Milk||½ Stick||Butter|
- Beat eggs in blender
- Pour in milk while blending
- Pour in flour and blend well
- Melt ½ stick butter in a cast iron skillet (or pie pan)
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 400° for 20 minutes
Drizzle with lemon juice and powdered sugar glaze
