Ingredients:
2 Cups |
Crab Meat |
3 |
Eggs |
½ |
Onion, diced |
1 ½ Cups |
Milk |
½ Lb. |
Grated Cheddar Cheese |
1 tsp. |
Salt |
Directions:
- Line the bottom of an 8″ pie plate with crab meat.
- Sprinkle with onions and then cheese.
- Mix together the eggs, milk and salt and pour into pie pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
