Crab Quiche

This recipe comes from Mom

Ingredients:        

2 Cups 

Crab Meat 

Eggs 

½  

Onion, diced 

1 ½ Cups 

Milk 

½ Lb. 

Grated Cheddar Cheese 

1 tsp. 

Salt 

       

Directions:

  1. Line the bottom of an 8″ pie plate with crab meat.
  2. Sprinkle with onions and then cheese.
  3. Mix together the eggs, milk and salt and pour into pie pan.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
