Cheesy Hash Brown Bake


1 Pkg. (30 oz.) 

Frozen, Shredded Hash Browns, thawed 

2 Cups (16 oz.) 

Sour Cream 

2 Cans (10 ¾ oz. Each) 

Condensed Cream of Potato Soup, undiluted 

2 Cups (8 oz.) 

Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided 

1 Cup 

Grated Parmesan Cheese



  1. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, soup, sour crea, 1 ¾ cups cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Transfer to a greased 3 qt. Baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
