Berry Banana Smoothie


2 Cups 

Low-Fat Milk or Frozen Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt 

Ripe Banana, Quartered 

1 Cup 

Mixed Fresh Berries (Raspberries, Blueberries, and/or Blackberries) or Unsweetened Frozen Mixed Berries 




Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
