Baking Soda |

Brown Sugar |

Salt |
¾ Cup |
Salad Oil |
½ tsp. |
Cinnamon |

Eggs |
½ tsp. |
Nutmeg |
2 Cups |
Flour |
1 Cup |
Carrots, finely grated |
Directions:
- Combine bananas, brown sugar, salad oil and eggs in mixer.
- Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together in large bowl.
- Stir in banana mixture.
- Fold in carrots.
- Spoon into greased and floured large loaf pan.
- Bake @ 350° for 40-50 minutes or until done. (Test by inserting a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean, bread is done.) Do not over bake!
